The Dimitrios Demu Museum

in #photography6 years ago

The Dimitrius Demus Museum is a place dedicated to exposing great works of art and promoting culture. It has a rather striking and unconventional structure, becoming a recreational space where children, youth and adults go.

In most of his works, the founder's obsession with UFOs stands out, even imitating Pozuelos Bay, but with the arrival of these beings. In the place you can make events and student trips.

It should be noted that the artist Dimitrius Demu gave his most important works to the museum as a way of thanking him for the welcome that the Anzoatiguense people gave him.

One of his most emblematic works found at the entrance of Barcelona:

Dimitrios Demu (Kumaria, Greek Macedonia, October 7, 1920 - Venezuela, November 3, 1997) was a Greek-Romanian Venezuelan artist and sculptor.

During this period, the work of Dimitrios was charged with dynamism, sound and a technique quite perfect for dealing with a material as hostile as steel. Gradually his work was composed of a futuristic character where the spatial and extraterrestrial theme inspired numerous pieces
