Eva Longoria's 'love rival' Erin Barry officially divorces husband

Tony Parker's former San Antonio Spurs team mate Brent Barry and his wife Erin Barry are officially divorced.

Erin and Parker allegedly exchanged inappropriate text messages last year, leading to the end of Parker and Eva Longoria's marriage.

And although Erin vehemently denied having any kind of sexual relationship with Parker, Brent filed for divorce just a few weeks before Longoria initiated her proceedings in November.

'I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I “pursue” Tony Parker,' Erin said in November. 'Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship.

'My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naïve, ridiculous, and completely misguided.'

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Brent and Erin, who were married for 13 years, will share joint custody of their two minor children.

The documents also show that the couple signed a confidential prenup before they got married, determining how they would divide their property.

Erin has been awarded $4000 a month in child support until 2013, on the agreement that three years after she graduates from law school she will provide for herself.

Brent and Parker both live in San Antonio, Texas and were team mates for four years.

Meanwhile, Parker and Longoria's divorce is still pending.

The 35-year-old actress sparked rumours that she had her wedding date wrist tattoo removed after stepping out in Los Angeles on Saturday night with a bare right wrist.

But it looks like the tattoo was faint due to being covered in makeup, as Longoria denied having had it removed.

She Tweeted: 'Just so everyone knows i still have all my tattoos! Nothing is being removed, although i am always up for more tattoos! ;)'

Parker and Longoria met in the San Antonio Spurs changing room in November 2004 and announced their engagement two years later - despite a brief split in September 2006.

The couple wed in an extravagant ceremony in Paris in July 2007 - selling exclusive coverage of their big day to the U.S. edition of OK! magazine for a reported $2million.

Longoria was previously married to American soap star Tyler Christopher from 2002 until 2004.
