The porn star who says Charlie Sheen terrorized her in a Plaza Hotel rampage filed a police complaint against the “Two and a Half Men“” star on Monday afternoon.

Capri Anderson sicced the law on the drug-abusing actor after claiming on TV that he snorted a “white powdery substance” and engaged in “a little bit of romance” before he tried to strangle her in the posh hotel last month.

Accompanied by her Los Angeles-based lawyer, Keith Davidson, the skin-flick starlet met with NYPD detectives at an office on Madison Ave. in Manhattan on Monday afternoon.

Her case was filed as second-degree harassment, a violation, a police official said.

Anderson told cops Sheen “put his hands around her neck. She felt pressure. She found a way to remove herself from that position and went into the bathroom and waited for the police to arrive,” the official said.

“We would like to interview him [Sheen] in person,” the official added.

In interviews with ABC, Anderson gave a vivid account of Sheen’s alleged attacked, saying he tore up his suite while ranting “racial epithets.”

A gamine 22-year-old brunette, Anderson admitted she went to Sheen’s room willingly – but didn’t expect to be attacked. “When I became really uncomfortable is when he put his hands around my neck,” she said on TV.

Sheen, 45, hired Anderson for $3,500 to escort him to dinner – money she claims he still hasn’t paid her.

Anderson said she was plunged into a night of drunken debauchery and partying with an entourage that included – at one point – Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards.

After Richards split, Anderson said she and Sheen ended up in his room where the actor pulled out what looked like drugs – and she pulled off her dress.

“There was a little bit of romance, if you will,” she said.

Anderson didn’t say what set Sheen off, but says he called her a “whore” and threatened to kill her.

Police took the actor for a psychiatric evaluation and six days later he was seeking a divorce from current wife Brooke Mueller.

Anderson said Sheen tried to shut her up by offering her a $20,000 bribe “in a text message.”

Asked what she thought of Sheen, Anderson said, “He seemed like a very egotistical person.”

Sheen’s lawyer, Yale Galanter, says Anderson is a gold-digging liar and the “allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false.”

Anderson’s father, Park Ave. doorman Paul Walsh, told Radar Online his daughter was a “misguided 22-year-old American girl.”

“Shame goes with fame,” Walsh said, when asked about her line of work.
